According to Saed News Tourism Service, the Sardaei General’s House dates back to the Qajar era and is located in Khomeini Shahr, in the Lādareh Foroushān neighborhood. The complex includes several houses, a divankhaneh (reception hall), a bathhouse, and a Hosseiniyeh (religious gathering hall) and is attributed to General Mohammad Hossein Khan Amini Sardaei.

The construction of the building dates to 1315–1316 AH (1897–1898 CE) and was commissioned by the general to host Zol-Soltan. Its architecture is a clear example of Qajar style, featuring stucco decorations, wood carving, and mirror work. The divankhaneh comprises a main hall, a pond room, and three- and five-door rooms. Natural elements provide light and warmth throughout the building. The exterior closely resembles the Eram Garden mansion in Shiraz and is constructed from raw bricks and clay.
