SAEDNEWS: U.S. Military Infrastructure Damaged Following Iranian Attacks, The New York Times Reports
According to the political desk of Saed News Agency, satellite images analyzed by The New York Times indicate that Iranian missile and drone strikes have caused damage to communications and radar infrastructure at several United States military bases across the Middle East. The affected locations reportedly include sites in Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
The reported targets of the strikes included satellite communications terminals (SATCOM), radar domes (protective radar coverings known as radomes), satellite dishes, and facilities located near missile tracking systems such as the AN/TPY-2 radar.
Among the key installations said to have been targeted are the headquarters of the U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet in Bahrain, Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, Camp Arifjan and Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait, Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia, and additional military facilities in the United Arab Emirates.
