SAEDNEWS: Christina Applegate shares how someone talked her into getting the only one plastic surgery she had.
According to SAEDNEWS, Christina Applegate opened up about her experience with plastic surgery, expressing that it was not something she had truly desired. In the latest episode of her podcast, MeSsy, co-hosted with Jamie-Lynn Sigler, the seasoned actress discussed her only cosmetic procedure, revealing that it stemmed from comments made by a producer about her appearance.
"When I was 27, I was working on a show, and one of the producers, who is quite well-known for a famous series, remarked, 'Hey, we're having trouble lighting under your eyes. Your bags are quite prominent,’" the 52-year-old actress recalled, noting that the bags are hereditary. "He suggested I should get them removed. And you know what? I did."
Applegate also reflected on a more recent encounter prior to her multiple sclerosis diagnosis. She recounted how a director informed her that the studio had spent over $100,000 to digitally alter her appearance in a film. "He told me, 'Yeah, the studio was really upset,'" she remembered. "He said, 'I told them it's not like she's Kelly Bundy anymore, and she looks older now,' and they literally erased my face."
Applegate famously portrayed Kelly Bundy on the iconic Fox sitcom Married... with Children for 11 seasons.
