SAEDNEWS: Tuscan grilled chicken is a classic Italian-inspired way to prepare chicken. Once you try this flavorful and delicious dish, it’s sure to become a favorite you’ll want to make again and again.
According to Saednews,
Fresh rosemary, finely chopped: 2 tablespoons
Olive oil: ¼ cup
Garlic: 2 cloves
Salt and black pepper: to taste
Chicken: 1 whole chicken
Fresh lemon juice: ¼ cup
Note: You can substitute 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary for the fresh rosemary.
Cut the chicken into 8–10 pieces. Preheat the grill or barbecue.
In a suitable saucepan, combine ⅓ cup of water and the rosemary. Place over heat and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, remove from the heat, cover, and let it steep for 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a food processor or blender. Add the olive oil and garlic, then season with a little salt and black pepper. Blend until the mixture becomes a smooth purée. Allow it to cool.

Pour the mixture over the chicken pieces and coat them thoroughly. Let the chicken marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator, to allow the flavors to develop.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on a hot grill. While grilling, drizzle the chicken with some fresh lemon juice. Grill for approximately 20–30 minutes, turning as needed, until fully cooked and nicely browned.
Serve the grilled chicken with grilled or roasted vegetables.
