Ingredients for Birthday Cup Jelly

  • Melon-flavored jelly powder

  • Aloe vera-flavored jelly powder

  • Pomegranate-flavored jelly powder

  • Milk

  • Boiling water


How to Make Multi-Layer Cup Jelly

  1. Pour half a packet of melon jelly powder into a bowl and add one cup of boiling water.

  2. Place the bowl over a kettle (steam heat) and stir until the jelly powder is completely dissolved.

  3. Pour the jelly mixture into clear single-serving cups.

  4. Place the cups in the refrigerator until the jelly is partially set.

  5. Mix half a cup of aloe vera jelly powder with three-quarters of a cup of boiling water. Place it over steam and stir until fully dissolved.

  6. After the aloe vera jelly cools down, add five tablespoons of room-temperature milk and mix well.

  7. Pour this white layer over the green layer in the cups and refrigerate again until it becomes semi-set.

  8. Pour half a packet of pomegranate jelly powder into a bowl and add one cup of boiling water.

  9. Stir over steam until the jelly becomes clear and fully dissolved.

  10. After the red jelly cools, pour it over the semi-set white layer in the cups. Then place the cups back in the refrigerator.
