This warm and comforting dish works perfectly for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Thanks to its lentil base, it’s rich in protein, iron, and a variety of essential nutrients and vitamins.

Ingredients for Lentil Stew

  • 2 cups of lentils

  • 1 potato

  • Salt, pepper, and turmeric to taste

  • 1 tablespoon of oil

  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

  • 1 onion

  • 1–2 cloves of garlic

How to Make Lentil Stew

Step 1:
Start by washing the lentils and soaking them in a few cups of water for 2 hours.

Step 2:
