According to Saednews, Homemade chicken sausage is a delicious and popular food that can be enjoyed in sandwiches, pizzas, fast food dishes, and many modern recipes. While store-bought sausage can be expensive and may contain ingredients you prefer to avoid, making it at home gives you more control over the ingredients and flavor.
In this recipe, you’ll learn how to make a tasty homemade chicken sausage using simple, readily available ingredients—without boiling the sausage or needing a special mold.
1 whole chicken breast
2 chicken thighs
1 onion
2 carrots
6 garlic cloves
6 mushrooms
1 bay leaf
1 small bell pepper
½ teaspoon cardamom
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 piece of cinnamon stick
3 tablespoons gelatin powder
Salt and red pepper, as needed
1 teaspoon beetroot powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 large plastic water bottle
1 sheet of aluminum foil

This homemade sausage can be prepared in three simple steps.
Place the chicken pieces in a suitable pot. Add the following ingredients:
1 peeled onion
Garlic cloves
Nutmeg
Chopped bell pepper
Peeled carrots
Bay leaf
Cinnamon stick
A little salt
A small amount of water
Place the pot over medium heat and cook until the chicken is completely tender.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove the chicken pieces and cooked carrots. Strain the chicken broth and set it aside.
Chop the cooked carrots using a food processor and set them aside.
Place the cooked chicken and strained chicken broth in a food processor. Add:
Salt and red pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Gelatin powder, dissolved using a double-boiler method with 3 tablespoons of boiling water
Beetroot powder
Process the mixture for about 30 seconds, until it becomes completely smooth and paste-like.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add the chopped carrots and chopped, blanched mushrooms, then mix everything thoroughly.

Cut off the top portion of a large plastic water bottle.
Pour the sausage mixture into the empty bottle. Tap the bottle against the countertop several times to remove any trapped air bubbles.
Cover the opening tightly with aluminum foil and place the bottle in the refrigerator for 24 hours, allowing the sausage to become firm.
Once fully set, carefully cut away the bottle, remove the sausage, and slice it.
Enjoy!
For a better texture and flavor, keep these tips in mind:
Use fresh, good-quality chicken.
Cook the vegetables sufficiently so they become tender.
Dissolve the gelatin properly using a double-boiler method with boiling water to prevent lumps.
Tap the bottle several times to remove excess air bubbles.
Refrigerate the sausage for at least 24 hours so it becomes completely firm.
Instead of a plastic bottle, you can use rectangular silicone molds.
For different flavors and textures, you can also add vegetables such as green peas or corn.
Store homemade sausage as follows:
In the refrigerator: It can be kept in a sealed container for approximately 5–7 days.
In the freezer: Slice the sausage and store the pieces in freezer bags for up to 3 months.
For serving, frozen slices can be added directly to sandwiches or pizza, or thawed in the refrigerator for several hours.
Homemade chicken sausage can be a flavorful and budget-friendly alternative to commercially prepared varieties. With this simple method, you can prepare chicken sausage at home using everyday ingredients.
Using a large plastic water bottle as a mold makes the shaping process particularly simple and accessible. The finished sausage can be enjoyed in sandwiches, on pizza, or in a variety of homemade fast-food dishes.
