Peach dessert is one of the most delicious fruit desserts, known for its unique aroma and flavor thanks to the use of fresh peaches. This quick and easy dessert can be prepared at home with simple ingredients such as milk, cream, and sugar. If you are looking for a dessert that is both simple to make and delicious, follow this recipe for peach dessert.
Fresh large peaches: 5 pieces
Breakfast cream: 100 grams
Milk: 1 glass
Sugar: ½ glass
Gelatin powder: 2 tablespoons
Boiling water: ⅓ glass
Pour some water into a pot and place it over medium heat until it starts boiling. Add the washed and cleaned whole peaches into the boiling water and let them boil for about one minute.
Then transfer the peaches to a colander and allow them to cool. Once cooled, easily remove the skins by hand. Cut the softened peaches in half and remove the pits.

Mix the gelatin powder with boiling water and place the bowl over steam from a boiling kettle using the bain-marie method until the gelatin completely dissolves and becomes clear.
Place the peaches into a food processor or blender. Add the milk, cream, sugar, and dissolved gelatin mixture.
Blend the ingredients for about 30 seconds until the dessert mixture becomes completely smooth and uniform. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate it for 4 to 5 hours until it sets completely.
To remove the dessert from the mold, first take it out of the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for about 5 minutes so that the initial chill decreases.
Then gently run a thin, sharp knife around the edges of the mold to loosen the dessert from the sides. If you use a silicone mold, the dessert usually comes out easily without needing hot water.
For other types of molds, place the mold in a bowl of hot water for about one minute. Metal molds usually release the dessert faster, while plastic and cast-iron molds may require more time.
Do not leave the mold in hot water for too long, as the dessert may release water and lose its appearance. Once the dessert separates from the mold, turn it onto a serving plate and decorate it with peach slices, cream, or mint leaves as desired.
Gelatin is a colorless and flavorless ingredient obtained from collagen found in animal tissues. To dissolve gelatin powder properly, it is recommended to always use the bain-marie method, placing the container with gelatin and water over boiling steam.
If gelatin is exposed to very high heat, it may develop an unpleasant smell. One tablespoon of gelatin powder is approximately equal to four sheets of gelatin.
Gelatin powder should be stored in an airtight container in a cool and dry place. After opening the package, it is best to use it within six months, as it may lose its effectiveness afterward.
Peaches are one of the most popular summer fruits and are widely used in different desserts because of their aroma, flavor, and nutritional value. When buying peaches, choose ones that are not bruised and have a firm yet ripe texture.
It is better to select yellow peaches with no green patches on their skin. Riper peaches provide better color and aroma to the dessert and may reduce the need for extra sugar.
