Espresso coffee: 1 cup
Mascarpone cheese: 200 g
Petit Beurre biscuits: 1 pack
Whipped cream: 400 g
Sugar: 2 tablespoons

First, prepare the coffee.
You can use strong espresso or Turkish coffee, or even instant coffee.
Brew a strong coffee and add sugar to taste if desired.
Let the coffee cool completely.
In this step, prepare the main cream layer.
Whip the cream until it is fully fluffy.
Mix the whipped cream with mascarpone cheese in a bowl.
Beat until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Choose a serving dish (glass dish or individual cups).
Dip a brush in the cooled coffee and lightly soak the Petit Beurre biscuits.
Alternatively, quickly dip biscuits into coffee and remove immediately.
Do not soak too much to prevent them from becoming too soft.
Place a layer of biscuits in the dish.
Add a layer of cream mixture on top.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.

Ensure the top layer is cream.
Optionally sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 24 hours so the flavors combine well.
The longer it rests, the better the taste.
You can use plain, cocoa, or “Sakheh Talaei” biscuits instead of Petit Beurre.
Ladyfinger biscuits are also traditional for Italian tiramisu.
Mascarpone cheese gives the best authentic flavor and texture.
If unavailable, high-quality cream cheese can be used as a substitute.
You may mix cream with yogurt or use vanilla pudding to reduce calories.
