Chocolate chips: 2 cups
Mini marshmallows: 6 tablespoons
Hot chocolate powder: 6 tablespoons
Half-sphere mold: 1 piece

Melt the chocolate chips. You can do this in a microwave or using a double boiler (bain-marie). Do not melt all the chocolate at once, as it may harden over time.
Pour about one tablespoon of melted chocolate into each half-sphere mold and spread it evenly using a brush.
Place the mold in the freezer for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm and cool. Meanwhile, melt the remaining chocolate for the second coating.
Once set, remove the mold from the freezer, turn it upside down, and gently press to release the chocolate halves. You should have chocolate domes.
