  1. Peel the onions, wash them, and dice them. Heat a frying pan over low heat and add some oil.

  2. Add the diced onions to the hot oil and sauté until golden brown. Remove them from the oil and place them in a metal strainer to drain excess oil and become crispy.

  3. Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil over high heat.

  4. Meanwhile, peel the garlic. Peel one additional onion, cut it into four pieces, and add it to the boiling water along with the chicken breast. Add some saffron, turmeric, and salt. Cover the pot and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.

  5. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until golden. Transfer them to a metal strainer to remove excess oil.

  6. Cut the carrot in half and cook it in a small amount of water until tender.

  7. Dice the bell pepper.
