According to SaedNews Cooking Service, here is a delicious recipe for preparing oven-grilled chicken wings and drumettes.

Ingredients

Chicken:

  • 1200 g chicken wings and drumettes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2–3 tsp barbecue seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Paprika (to taste)

  • 1 heaping tbsp cornstarch

For the sauce:

  • 50–100 g butter

  • 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1–2 fresh limes (depending on size)

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 cup thick hot chili sauce (Sriracha works well)

  • Chopped parsley

  • Black pepper

Instructions

1. Marinate the chicken

Separate the wings and drumettes and place them in a large bowl.
Add olive oil, barbecue seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well with your hands so the spices coat the chicken evenly.

Sprinkle in the cornstarch and mix again to help create a crispier texture.

2. Bake in the oven

Arrange the chicken pieces neatly on an oven rack. Using a rack helps achieve a grilled, barbecue-style texture.

Bake at 180–200°C (350–400°F) until the chicken is fully cooked, golden, and crispy on the outside.
Cooking time depends on your oven’s strength.

3. Prepare the special sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add garlic, chopped onion, and lime juice.

Then add the chili sauce, chopped parsley, black pepper, and honey. Stir well.

Let the sauce simmer gently until it thickens slightly.

4. Combine and serve

Remove the crispy chicken from the oven and place it in a large bowl.

Pour the hot sauce over the chicken and toss thoroughly until all pieces are well coated.

Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with extra chopped parsley.

Serve hot and enjoy!
