SAEDNEWS: The homeowner says: “It is a source of pride and honor for us that you were martyred in our home. Our house, our lives, and everything we have are devoted to you, O Abu Ibrahim.”
According to the political desk of Saed News, Yahya Ibrahim Hassan al-Sinwar (October 29, 1962 – October 16, 2024), also known by the alias Abu Ibrahim, was the leader of Hamas’s political wing. From August 2024 until his death in 2024, he headed Hamas’s Political Bureau, and from February 2017 he led the Hamas administration in the Gaza Strip. In both positions, he succeeded Ismail Haniyeh.
Sinwar was also the founder of Hamas’s internal security service, known as “Majd,” which handled internal security files, including the identification of Israeli spies and infiltrators.
An image of the late leader taken only moments before his death has now been released.
