According to Saednews, In today’s world, as lifestyles have become increasingly fast-paced and people have less time during the day to cook, ready-made and semi-prepared products, as well as fast food, have found their way into everyday meals and helped solve many of the challenges people face when preparing food.
One of the ready-made foods that has become part of many households is sausage. Sausages are a type of prepared food made from ground meat, sometimes combined with edible vegetables, salt, and various spices. Interestingly, animal intestines were traditionally used as sausage casings, but today they have largely been replaced by collagen, cellulose, and even plastic casings.
Krakow sausage is a type of Polish sausage. Outside Iran, it is traditionally made from small pieces of pork seasoned with pepper, sweet paprika, coriander, and garlic. The mixture is placed into large casings and smoked, and it is often eaten cold.
In Muslim countries such as Iran, however, beef and lamb are used to prepare Krakow sausage. In many cases, the sausage is filled with cheese, which adds to its flavor. Krakow sausage can be served partially cooked, fully fried, or sliced and fried. While it is often eaten cold outside Iran, in Iran it is usually served in a sandwich, similar to a hot dog, according to local preferences.
