According to Saednews, How to Make Rolled Jelly Candy (Jelly Roll Dessert)
1 packet of jelly powder
1 tablespoon gelatin powder
1–2 tablespoons ice cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon glucose syrup
⅔ cup cold water

Pour the cold water into a bowl.
Add the sugar, gelatin powder, and jelly powder to the cold water.
Place the bowl over a pot or kettle of boiling water (double boiler method) and allow the steam to gently heat the mixture until all ingredients are completely combined and smooth.
Add the glucose syrup and stir well until it is fully incorporated.
Remove the bowl from the heat.
Add 2 tablespoons of ice cream and gently mix until the ice cream dissolves and blends with the jelly mixture. (Do not overmix, as excessive stirring will prevent the white layer from forming on the jelly.)
Place a plastic sheet inside a tray and lightly grease it.
Pour the jelly mixture into the tray. Make sure the layer is thin rather than thick.
Refrigerate the jelly for about 1 hour until it becomes firm.
Once set, cut the jelly into strips with a knife and roll each strip into a spiral shape.

Prepare the mixture according to the instructions above. Instead of pouring it into plastic, pour it directly into a lightly greased tray and place it in the refrigerator.
After removing the jelly from the refrigerator, gently loosen the edges from the sides of the tray using a knife. Then roll the jelly carefully into a spiral shape.
Cut the rolled jelly into small pieces using a thread or a sharp knife.

Rolled jelly is a fun dessert that can be served at parties, birthdays, and celebrations. It can also be used as a decoration for special occasions, such as traditional holiday tables. Rolled jelly can also be used to decorate other jelly desserts, including surprise jelly desserts.

If you remove the jelly from the refrigerator too early, it may crack when you try to roll it.
If you want a two-colored jelly dessert, avoid mixing too much after adding the ice cream so that the layers remain visible.
You can shape the jelly into rose-like decorations by cutting the edges with a wavy pattern before rolling.
For orange jelly versions, marshmallows can be used instead of ice cream. When adding marshmallows to the gelatin mixture, stir well until they completely blend.
If the marshmallows do not dissolve completely, place the bowl over steam from a kettle for 10–15 seconds.
Do not expose marshmallows to direct or high heat, as this may melt them too much and prevent the desired two-layer effect.
Gelatin is commonly extracted from animal sources such as beef, pork, and sometimes fish skin. Some imported jelly products without a “halal” label may contain gelatin derived from pork.
When purchasing jelly products, check the expiration date, health approval information, and quality certification marks on the packaging.
As long as jelly is made from safe and high-quality ingredients, it generally does not cause health problems.
After dissolving the jelly mixture using the double boiler method, replace 1 cup of cold water with ¾ cup of ice cubes and add them directly to the hot jelly mixture.
Stir well until the ice melts completely. Do not place the jelly in the refrigerator while ice cubes are still present, as this may affect the texture.
After the ice has melted, place the jelly on a higher shelf of the refrigerator, where the temperature is usually colder, to help it set faster.
