Ingredients for Four Seasons Pizza

  • Ready-made pizza dough: 1 piece

  • Shrimp (canned): 220 g

  • Mushrooms: 8 pieces

  • Pizza cheese: 125 g

  • Kilka or sprat fish (canned): 60 g

  • Artichokes (canned): 2 cans

  • Beef: 125 g

  • Medium tomatoes: 4 pieces

  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon

  • Thyme: 1/2 teaspoon

  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

  • Basil, savory, and parsley: for garnish


How to Make Four Seasons Pizza

Divide the pizza dough into two halves.

Sprinkle flour on a surface and roll each dough piece into a 25 cm circle.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Grease a baking tray.

Place the dough in the tray and slightly fold the edges inward. Cover it and let it rest in a warm place.

Drain the artichokes and cut them into four pieces.

Cut the beef into thin strips.
