According to Saednews, Lamb neck soup is a delicious and rich dish considered a luxurious-style soup, but it is quite easy to prepare at home and enjoy its wonderful taste.

Lamb neck meat: 500 g
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Onion: 1 medium
Flour: 3 tablespoons
Egg yolk: 1
Butter: 2 tablespoons
Fresh lemon juice: 3 tablespoons
Salt and red pepper: as needed
Dried mint: 2 tablespoons
Turmeric, pepper, and salt: as needed
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a pot with a little oil until slightly golden.
Remove excess fat from the lamb neck, then add the meat to the pot along with a few cups of water. Let it cook well.
Skim off and discard any foam that forms on the surface during cooking.
In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, flour, egg yolk, fresh lemon juice, and salt. Stir well until completely combined and smooth. Set aside.
Once the lamb neck is fully cooked, remove it from the pot. Separate the meat from the bones and return the meat to the pot.
Add the yogurt mixture prepared earlier and cook for about 10 minutes until the soup thickens.

In a separate pan, melt the butter over low heat. Add red pepper and dried mint and sauté briefly.
Pour this aromatic mixture over the thickened soup and serve warm.

Best served as a starter (appetizer soup)
