Parsley (chopped) | 2 tbsp |
Oil | 5 tbsp |

Mix the ground meat with salt, black pepper, finely grated onion, and chopped parsley. Knead well until the mixture becomes sticky and cohesive.
Take portions of the meat mixture about the size of a tangerine, shape them into balls, and fry them over low heat using 3 tablespoons of oil until both sides are lightly browned.
Peel the potatoes and slice them into 0.5 cm thick rounds.
Slice the tomatoes into 0.5 cm thick rounds as well.
Slice the two onions into 0.5 cm thick rings and arrange them in the bottom of a greased oven-safe pot or dish.
Layer the fried meatballs, potatoes, tomatoes, and onions in sequence, repeating the layers if needed.
Mix salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and tomato paste with one cup of water, then pour the mixture over the arranged ingredients.
Cook over low heat for 40–50 minutes, until the ingredients are cooked through but not falling apart.
Serve hot on a platter.
If desired, slice one quince and place it as an additional layer between the ingredients for a slightly sweet aroma and flavor.
