SAEDNEWS: Cheese pizza is one of the simplest and most delicious types of pizza. It is popular worldwide and made using different kinds of cheese without any other toppings. It is high in calories but has a rich and enjoyable taste.
According to Saednews, Pizza is one of the traditional Italian dishes. It was originally prepared in a simple form using dough, tomato sauce, and pizza cheese. Over time, various ingredients have been added to pizza, and depending on the toppings, different names are given to it. The simplest pizza is cheese pizza. This pizza does not require meat or other ingredients and is made with the most basic components.
Pizza dough: 500 g
Tomatoes: 500 g
Pizza cheese: 300 g
Chopped parsley: 2 tablespoons
Tarragon: 2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper, and cinnamon: as needed

Grease a suitable round aluminum tray that should be shallow. Roll out the pizza dough to about half a centimeter thick and shape it according to the tray so that it covers the bottom and sides. Place the dough inside the tray.
Boil the tomatoes, remove their skins, chop the flesh, and spread it over the dough. Sprinkle some salt, pepper, and cinnamon over it, then add some parsley. Grate the cheese on top.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (about 180°C). Place the pizza tray on the bottom rack of the oven for about 20 minutes. Then move it to the top rack and bake for another 15–20 minutes until the surface becomes slightly golden.
1 pizza dough
4 tablespoons ketchup
150 g grated pizza cheese
150 g mozzarella cheese
150 g parmesan cheese
Basil for garnish
Preheat the oven to 250°C.
Grease the baking tray lightly and place the pizza dough on it. Lightly brush the surface of the dough with oil, then spread ketchup evenly over it.
Add the cheeses in order: grated pizza cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan. If you want crispier golden edges, use less cheese near the borders.
Chop fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the cheese. Bake for 15–20 minutes in a preheated oven until the dough is fully cooked and golden.
After removing the pizza, garnish with oregano and serve.

Pizza dough (as needed)
150 g ricotta cheese
150 g mozzarella cheese
150 g parmesan cheese
1–2 tablespoons oil
Preheat the oven to 250°C in advance. Prepare the pizza dough and grease the baking tray. Carefully spread the dough on the tray and lightly brush it with oil.
Spread ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan evenly over the dough, avoiding the edges so they become nicely golden and crisp.
Make sure the oven is fully preheated (about 30 minutes before baking). Do not open the oven door during baking. When the edges are golden and the cheese is melted, remove the pizza from the oven.
Finally, garnish with oregano and basil, serve, and enjoy with vegetables or salad.
