Ingredients:

  • Lentils: 2 cups

  • Split rice: 2 cups

  • Cooked chickpeas: 1 cup

  • Soup herbs (parsley, cilantro, spinach, dill, mint): 1 kg

  • Yogurt: 500 g

  • Garlic (grated): 3 cloves

  • Onion: 1

  • Salt, black pepper, turmeric: as needed

  • Stock or broth (lamb stock or chicken stock) or water


Preparation (Summary):

  • Soak the chickpeas overnight, then cook them carefully so they don’t become too soft or mushy.

  • Soak the lentils for about 2 hours before cooking.

  • Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a little oil.
