White flour: 300 g
Water: 200 ml
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

Ground meat (optional): 150 g
Onion: 1 medium
Saffron (dissolved): 1 tablespoon
Butter: 2 tablespoons

In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and oil. Gradually add water and knead until a soft, smooth dough forms. Knead for about 15 minutes, then cover with a clean cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
