According to Saednews, Apple pie cake is one of the most popular desserts worldwide and is considered an international sweet. Due to its delicious taste, it is commonly served at gatherings and parties. Below is a complete step-by-step guide to making apple pie cake.
All-purpose flour: 2.5 cups
Sugar: 1 cup
Milk: 1/2 cup
Baking powder: 2 tsp
Vanilla: a pinch
Powdered sugar: 4 tbsp
Butter: 75 g
Eggs: 3
Vegetable oil: 50 g
Apples: 2
Cinnamon: 1 tbsp

Step 1:
Remove butter, eggs, and milk from the refrigerator so they reach room temperature. Once the butter softens, place it in a bowl with sugar and mix well until the mixture becomes creamy.
Step 2:
When the mixture turns light and creamy, add vanilla. Be careful—only a small amount is needed, as too much vanilla can make the cake taste bitter.
Step 3:
Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition until fully combined. Then mix the flour with baking powder and sift it twice to ensure it is smooth.
Step 4:
Add the milk along with half of the sifted flour into the butter mixture and mix well. Gradually add the remaining flour until the batter becomes smooth and uniform.
Step 5:
Peel the apples and slice them thinly. Set aside. Grease the apple pie molds or line them with baking paper.
Step 6:
Fill one-fifth of each mold with batter. Mix powdered sugar and cinnamon together, then coat the apple slices in this mixture and place them into the molds.
Step 7:
Alternatively, you can place the apples first and then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Cover the apples with more batter, leaving about half of the mold empty to allow space for rising.
Step 8:
Preheat the oven to 175°C (347°F) for 15 minutes. Place the molds in the oven and bake for 30–40 minutes until fully cooked and well risen.
Step 9:
Let the cakes cool slightly before removing them from the molds. Serve and decorate as desired with powdered sugar, pistachios, melted chocolate, or other toppings.
