SAEDNEWS: One of the most delicious meals my dear father used to prepare for us on some weekends is still so vivid in my memory. The taste of those Fridays remains unforgettable, and today I’m sharing with you the recipe for that incredibly tasty dish.

Ingredients for preparing liver, kidney, and heart kebab
Ingredient | Amount |

Sheep or veal liver | 500 g |
Sheep kidneys | 4 pieces |
Sheep heart | 4 pieces |
Salt and black pepper | as needed |
Clean the liver and kidneys thoroughly, then cut them into pieces measuring about 5×2 cm with a thickness of around 1 cm.
Slice the hearts lengthwise into pieces about 1 cm thick.
Preheat the grill.
Skewer the liver, heart, and kidneys separately and place them on the grill.
Grill for about 5–6 minutes. After cooking, season with salt and black pepper.
Be careful not to overcook them; the kebabs should remain juicy and not dry.
Serve hot, placed on lavash bread.
