SAEDNEWS: Boneless chicken kebab is also very popular at parties and on holidays. This dish can be served both as an appetizer and as a main course.
According to the cooking section of Saed News, the ingredients needed to prepare boneless chicken kebab are as follows:
Boneless chicken breast – 1 kg
Onion – 2
Salt – to taste
Vegetable oil – ½ cup
Brewed saffron – 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice – 2–3 tablespoons
Cut the chicken into pieces approximately 4×3 cm, about 0.5–1 cm thick.
Peel the onions and slice them thinly. Mix with salt and gently squeeze to release the onion juice. Combine with vegetable oil and brewed saffron.
Coat the chicken pieces in the mixture and refrigerate for 12 hours.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and skewer the pieces.
Preheat the grill. Place the skewers on the grill, cooking until the meat is tender and fully cooked.
Warm butter and lemon juice, then brush over the grilled kebabs. Remove the skewers from heat.
Serve the kebabs in a preheated dish with steamed rice (chelo or kateh) or fresh bread.
