SAEDNEWS: Iran's Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters warned that any attack on the country's infrastructure would lead to a halt in oil exports, saying it "will not allow the export of a single drop of oil."
According to Saednews, Iran's military has warned that if the United States carries out any military threats against the country, it will respond forcefully. According to the statement, Iran could prevent oil exports from the region and target key oil, gas, electricity, and economic infrastructure across the Middle East.
The military also stated that the Strait of Hormuz has been placed under strict control, with maritime traffic allowed only through routes designated by Iranian authorities.
Separately, Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi responded to recent comments by U.S. President Donald Trump, saying that Iran's defense policy is based on responding firmly to any aggression. He stressed that any attack on Iran, including strikes on critical infrastructure, would receive a decisive and powerful response.
Araghchi further warned that any country or group involved in, or supporting, military action against Iran would be regarded as a legitimate target. He reiterated that Tehran is prepared to respond to any threat against its national security.
