According to Saednews, In a message issued on Wednesday honoring the fallen officers, Hatami described their actions in repelling enemy aircraft as “heroic, epic, and commendable.”

“Any aggression against this land, under the shadow of divine power, will be met with a crushing and regret-inducing response. Its flames will engulf and dismantle the aggressors’ palaces of ambition and conspiracy,” he stated.

Hatami also paid tribute to the fallen soldiers, noting that their “honorable and powerful martyrdom” brought pride to the army and demonstrated an unwavering commitment to protecting the Iranian nation.

The officers, serving in rapid-response air defense units in the Mahyar region, successfully launched missiles at hostile aircraft, playing a decisive role in thwarting the attack.

The incident took place during a reported large-scale assault involving multiple enemy aircraft targeting Isfahan province, amid what Iranian officials described as a coordinated defensive response by the armed forces and supporting groups.
