Saed News: Here you can see the mansion of Ashraf Pahlavi in the Manhattan area of New York City, USA.
According to the history service of Saad News, citing Fararo, the 7-story mansion that Ashraf Pahlavi purchased several years before the Iranian Revolution and the Pahlavi family's escape, is located in New York City.
This property had been put up for sale occasionally over a 6-year period. Although it was initially priced at 50 million dollars, it was eventually sold for 11.5 million dollars.
After 6 years, Ashraf Pahlavi's mansion in the Manhattan area of New York City was finally sold to a real estate agency for 11.5 million dollars. The mansion was originally listed for sale in 2014 for 50 million dollars.
The mansion was built by William Paley, the founder of the CBS network in America.
Ashraf Pahlavi, the twin sister of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, purchased the house in 1975, exactly 4 years before the Islamic Revolution and her family's escape from Iran. She lived in the house until her death in 2016. She had listed the house for sale in February 2014 at 49.9 million dollars, but by June 2015, the asking price was reduced to 34 million dollars.
Since Ashraf Pahlavi's death, the mansion became the subject of a legal dispute between two of her former employees. The case of the mansion was sent to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court last year. The house was listed for sale at 10.3 million dollars, but no buyer was found.
Despite all the legal battles, this house remains extremely luxurious and impressive.
In the following, we will see images of this magnificent mansion.
