The building dates back to the early Pahlavi period, and Parvin Etesami lived there until the age of seven. The house underwent restoration and maintenance work over a two-year period, during which various exhibitions were held there.
Today, the property is managed by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, but visitors are allowed to explore it. The visiting hours are generally from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and the entrance ticket price in 2023 was 4,000 Iranian tomans.
