SAEDNEWS: Cheshmeh Belqis Historical Garden in Choram Welcomes Large Numbers of Nowruz Tourists
According to the Saed News analytical outlet, citing IRNA, this garden located at the entrance of the wheat plains of Charam has significantly enhanced the natural beauty of this tourist region.
Belqis Garden in Charam is a spring surrounded by a vast garden of various fruit-bearing trees and towering pine trees. With its eye-catching landscape, it draws the attention of every passerby traveling the Gachsaran–Dehdasht route, inviting them to witness its natural beauty and experience the joy of nature, especially during spring.
Although the historical importance of this garden has always been recognized by officials, it appears that the “administration of prudence and hope” government has paid more attention than previous administrations to restoring and beautifying this pleasant site.

The governor of Charam described Belqis Garden as one of the recreational attractions of southern Iran and added that good welfare facilities have been provided around it.
Ibrahim Fattahpour stated that wall construction and the tiling of the pool, along with landscaping work around it, have turned the garden’s setting into a pleasant and attractive viewpoint.
He added that the Charam Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Department has improved infrastructure in the Belqis Garden camping area, including seating platforms, traditional shelters (alaqich), walking paths, enclosure fencing, and sanitary facilities to support tourism development.

Fattahpour noted that over the past three years, since maintenance and renovation of the Belqis Spring Garden was handed over to the municipality, efforts have been made to level slopes, plant grass, and improve lighting.
He also announced the construction of 40 seating platforms around the garden, stating that the site has the capacity to expand to more than 100 platforms.
Belqis Spring Garden was created more than half a century ago by Iskandar Khan Charami and is located at the entrance of Charam city, about 160 kilometers from Yasuj.
