According to Saednews, Here we will teach you how to repair a broken compact powder so it looks like it did on the first day, so you don’t need to buy a new one.

Materials you need:

  • 70% rubbing alcohol

  • Freezer bag (ziplock bag)

  • Eyeliner brush

  • Spatula for spreading ointments on fabric or wounds

  • Dropper

  1. To prevent mess on the table and stop powder particles from spreading, place the compact fully inside a plastic bag and secure it lightly with tape around it. If tape is not available, you can place the bag underneath the compact instead.

  2. Now crush the powder completely using the spatula until it becomes a fine, even powder. If some parts remain coarse and others fine, the final result will not be smooth.

  3. Separate the bag from the compact and add a few drops of alcohol to the powder until it becomes a paste. If alcohol is not available, rose water can also be used, but alcohol is better because it reduces the risk of bacterial growth.

  4. Use the spatula to smooth the paste completely and reshape the compact to its original form before it broke.

  5. Use an eyeliner brush to clean and smooth the edges of the compact so that after drying it looks neat and tidy.

  6. When you are finished, leave it to dry completely. After drying, it will return to its original solid form.
