Ingredients for Potato and Meat Soup:
Chopped meat: 400 grams
Chopped green onions: 3 pieces
Chopped sweet potatoes: 2 medium-sized
White flour: 2 tablespoons
Cream: 2 tablespoons
Chopped colored bell pepper: 1 small
Oil: for frying
Salt and pepper: to taste
How to make Potato and Meat Soup:
Cut the meat into small pieces and cook or fry according to preference.
In a pan, sauté the chopped onions until golden, then add the chopped bell pepper and continue frying.
Add the sweet potatoes to the pan and sauté for a bit, then add one tablespoon of flour.
Next, add the cooked meat with 2 cups of meat broth, cooked corn, and herbs. Let it cook for about 20 minutes.
Once the soup ingredients are partially cooked, whisk the cream with a bit of the soup liquid in a separate container until smooth, then add it to the soup along with the chopped green onions.

How to make Potato and Meat Soup (Second Method):
In a pot, heat olive oil and then add the chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 7-8 minutes.
Next, add the boiling water, chopped meat, thyme, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, add the chopped potatoes and cook until they are tender. If the meat has bones, remove them.
