According to Saednews, A strawberry pie is a delicious and simple dessert you can easily prepare at home without using an oven. In this recipe, you will learn how to make a no-bake strawberry pie.
Crust:
Digestive biscuits or Petit Beurre cookies: 1/2 cup (crumbled)
Sugar: 1/3 cup
Melted butter: 8 tablespoons
Filling:
Fresh strawberries: 5 cups
Sugar: 3/4 cup
Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
Water: 1 cup
Strawberry gelatin powder: 1 package (about 85 g)

In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits, sugar, and melted butter until fully combined.
Lightly grease a 23 cm (9-inch) pie pan. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom and sides to form a crust.
Place the crust in the freezer for about 30 minutes to set.
In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add water and stir well.
Place over medium heat and cook while stirring constantly for 1–2 minutes until the mixture boils and thickens.
Remove from heat and add the strawberry gelatin powder. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth, glossy, and slightly thick.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until it cools down.
Remove the crust from the freezer and arrange the strawberries inside it. Place larger strawberries at the bottom and smaller ones on top for a neat look.
Pour the cooled glaze evenly over the strawberries.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 1 to 3 hours until fully set.
Serve chilled. Optionally, top with whipped cream.
Even though this is a no-bake dessert, chilling time is essential for it to set properly.
You can decorate the pie with whipped cream for a richer presentation.
