Not every burger has to be made from meat. Vegetarians, or people who cannot eat meat—especially red meat for any reason—should also be able to enjoy burgers.
Soybeans: 2 cups
Small onion: 1 piece
Cooked corn: 1 cup
Breadcrumbs: 2 tablespoons
Egg: 1
Salt and pepper: as needed
Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
Oil: as needed

First, soak the soybeans in salted water for about 20 minutes. After soaking, drain them and rinse with cold water.
Squeeze the soybeans well with your hands to remove excess water. Then grind them together with the onion and place the mixture in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper, and turmeric, and knead the mixture thoroughly.
Crack the egg into the mixture and continue kneading until well combined.
Add breadcrumbs and corn kernels, then mix everything well.
Take a portion of the mixture about the size of a small orange and shape it into a burger patty with your hands.
Repeat until all the mixture is used. Place the patties in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, fry the burgers in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve them in burger buns with your favorite vegetables.
Turmeric helps improve the taste of soy in the dish.
If the mixture feels too soft and doesn’t hold its shape, add one more tablespoon of breadcrumbs.
