SAEDNEWS: Melted chocolate is used in many desserts, ice creams, and cakes, and you can melt it using the microwave method.
According to SAEDNEWS, Melted chocolate is delicious, smooth, and fun to make. You can pour it over ice cream and pastries, or use it to create tasty desserts such as cake pops or chocolate-covered fruits. Although chocolate is often melted using a double boiler, it can also be melted quickly and easily in the microwave using the microwave method, which we will explain in the following section.
Melt the chocolate for 30 seconds on low power:
Since microwave settings can vary, it is best to use the lowest power level to prevent the chocolate from burning. This may take a little longer, but it gives you better control over the final result. If you are unsure how to adjust the power level, check your microwave’s user manual. If available, you can also use the “melt” setting.
Stir the chocolate with a spoon or plastic spatula:
Even if the chocolate does not look melted, stir it after 30 seconds in the microwave. Chocolate can hold its shape while it is starting to melt, so do not rely only on appearance. When stirring, make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl, as they heat up faster and the chocolate there can burn first.
Continue heating in 10–15 second intervals:
Once the chocolate begins to melt, microwave it in short bursts of 10–15 seconds to better control the temperature. Each time you remove it from the microwave, scrape down the sides of the bowl. When only a few small pieces remain, stop heating and let the residual heat finish the melting process. Dark chocolate takes longer to melt, while milk and white chocolate melt more quickly.

Continue stirring until the remaining chocolate melts:
The heat from the already melted chocolate should be enough to melt the remaining solid pieces. If the chocolate does not become smooth after about 30 seconds of stirring, return the bowl to the microwave for another 5–10 seconds.
Let the chocolate cool for 5 minutes:
After melting, the chocolate will be very hot. Once it has cooled slightly, you can use it as a rich dipping or filling sauce for fruits, pastries, pretzels, or cookies. If the chocolate starts to harden while you are working with it, simply reheat it for another 20 seconds in the microwave and stir again.
