Tuna (canned): 1 can
Canned corn: 1/3 can
Potato: 1 large
Pickles: 2
Spring onions and dill: 4 tablespoons (chopped)
Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Salt and black pepper: to taste
Baguette bread: 4 pieces

To prepare the sandwich filling, place the potato in a pot with some water and salt. Boil it until fully cooked. Then mash it thoroughly until it becomes a smooth puree.
Transfer the mashed potato into a large bowl. Place the canned tuna in a pot with a little water and boil it for 15–20 minutes to ensure it is safe and properly heated.
After boiling, let the tuna cool slightly. Drain excess oil completely, then add it to the mashed potato and mix well.
Finely chop the spring onions and dill, then add them to the bowl along with the corn. Dice the pickles and add them as well. Mix everything until evenly combined.
Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add this mixture to the bowl and stir well until fully blended.
For better flavor, refrigerate the mixture for about one hour so the sauce absorbs into the ingredients. If you are in a hurry, you can serve it immediately. Serve the sandwich in baguette bread or toast, as preferred.
Using baguette bread gives a better flavor compared to toast. For a richer taste, homemade baguette is recommended.
