According to SAEDNEWS, General Fardoust wrote in his memoirs:
“Abdolreza Pahlavi’s main pastime was hunting animals. He traveled to various regions inside and outside the country for hunting. He hunted wild animals and kept them taxidermied in Iran. One of his companions on these hunts was Manouchehr Riahi, his brother-in-law. He had close friends among foreign politicians with whom he became friends through hunting, including General Tito, the President of Yugoslavia, and Camille Chamoun, the President of Lebanon, with whom he traveled to African countries.”
