SAEDNEWS: Trump, Citing Call With Netanyahu, Says Iran Negotiations Are His “Personal Responsibility”
According to the political service of Saed News Agency, citing Fararu, Donald Trump stated that during a phone call with Benjamin Netanyahu, he discussed Iran’s response to the U.S. proposal. He described the conversation as “very good.”
Trump said, “It was a very good call and we have good relations with each other.” He also emphasized that negotiations regarding Iran are his “personal responsibility” and not connected to any other party.
Iranian state television reported that Tehran’s response to the U.S. proposal focuses on ending conflicts on all fronts, particularly in Lebanon, as well as issues related to the Strait of Hormuz. However, the report did not provide details on the timing or conditions for reopening the Strait of Hormuz.
