Jimmy Paul, a man born in Sunshine Coast, Australia, who now lives in London, suffers from this strange condition. Since the age of 20, his heart has stopped 9 times and he has been close to death. Jimmy suffers from a heart disease known as dilated cardiomyopathy, which doctors consider fatal and believe he has only five more years to live.

Jimmy was diagnosed with this serious disease from birth, a health condition in which part of the heart muscle becomes enlarged, preventing the heart from pumping blood properly through the body, which often leads to fatal complications. One in five people is affected by this disease, and many of them are able to live a healthy life without serious effects, but Jimmy’s condition is more complex and more dangerous.
