Small potatoes: 4 pieces
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
Thyme powder: 1 teaspoon
Paprika powder: 1 teaspoon

For Mushroom Sauce:
Mushrooms: 200 grams
Butter: 50 grams
Garlic: 2 cloves (finely chopped)
Flour: 1 tablespoon
Milk: 1 cup
Cream: 100 grams
Parmesan cheese (optional): 2 tablespoons
Salt and black pepper: as needed
Preparation Steps:
Preparing the Potatoes:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into four lengthwise sections, leaving the skin on.
In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, thyme powder, paprika powder, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.
Arrange the potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes until golden and crispy.
Preparing the Mushroom Sauce:
Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
In a pan, melt the butter and add the chopped garlic; sauté for about one minute until the garlic aroma is released.
Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté over medium heat until the moisture from the mushrooms evaporates and they turn slightly golden.
Add the flour and sauté for about one minute to remove the raw flour smell.
Gradually add the milk while stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
