In this edition, we bring you a detailed video guide on how to make delicious vegetable dolma, step by step.

Ingredients for Vegetable Dolma:
350 g ground meat
2 onions
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cups water
1 cup rice
½ cup cooked split peas (lentils)
½ cup fresh aromatic herbs (dill, parsley, mint, etc.)
2 tablespoons dried herbs
Salt, pepper, and turmeric to taste
Eggplants, tomatoes, and bell peppers as needed for stuffing
Instructions:
Prepare the rice and lentils, cooking until just tender.
Finely chop the onions and sauté until golden.
Add the ground meat to the onions, stirring until lightly browned.
Mix in the tomato paste, fresh and dried herbs, and season with salt, pepper, and turmeric.
Combine the cooked rice and lentils with the meat mixture.
Hollow out the vegetables (eggplants, tomatoes, bell peppers) and stuff them with the mixture.
Place the stuffed vegetables in a pot, add 2 cups of water, cover, and cook on low heat until the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot, garnished with extra herbs if desired.
