SAEDNEWS: Baba Roknedin Tomb is located in the cemetery of Takht-e-Poullad, to the south of the Zayandeh Rood.
This monument takes the form of a pyramid with twelve distinct panels, dating back to the Shah Abbas period.
The exterior and façade are adorned with intricate tilework. The dome rests on a five-sided base, encircled by five porches at ground level.
One of these porches houses the tomb itself, featuring a marble tombstone measuring over 2 meters in length and 1.16 meters in width. Surrounding the tomb are vertically affixed marble slabs, each measuring 163 by 89 centimeters.
A remarkable relic of the Safavid era, the tomb underwent restoration in 1200 AH.
