SAEDNEWS: Shadan Gold Mine Recognized by the Ministry of Industry Among the Country’s Major Gold Reserves
According to Saed News’ social affairs service, citing Fars News Agency, the proven reserves of the Shadan gold mine in South Khorasan have experienced a significant surge following the final approval of the discovery certificate by the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade.
Based on information reviewed by Fars News Agency, the proven reserve of a single gold vein in the Shadan area is estimated at 61 million tons. The confirmed report states that the total reserves include 7.95 million tons of oxide gold ore and 53.1 million tons of sulfide gold ore—figures that firmly position Shadan among the country’s largest gold reserves.
