SAEDNEWS: the Israeli regime has resorted to assassinating resistance commanders to compensate for its defeats in Gaza and cover up its crimes in the enclave.
According to SAEDNEWS, The Iranian parliament speaker conveyed his condolences to Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah on Saturday, condemning Israel's "cowardly crime" in the airstrike that killed prominent Hezbollah military commander Fuad Shukr in Dahieh, a southern suburb of Beirut, on Tuesday.
He noted that Shukr played a crucial role in resisting Israeli actions in both Palestine and Lebanon, and his significant contributions will be remembered by those who value freedom.
The speaker highlighted that Israel's recent assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, head of Hamas' political bureau, in Tehran on Wednesday, along with the ongoing conflict in Gaza, once again exposes the aggressive and illegitimate nature of the Israeli regime to the world.
“The Zionist regime is committing acts of terror against commanders of the resistance front to compensate for its failures and to obscure its atrocities in Gaza, while attempting to undermine support for the oppressed Palestinian people,” he stated.
He emphasized that the sacrifices of the martyrs in the resistance front will pave the way for the liberation of occupied territories and will ultimately bring an end to the aggression of “this criminal regime.”
The speaker asserted that Muslim nations are more united and determined than ever to confront the Israeli regime and seek justice for the blood of the resistance martyrs.
He expressed hope that, under the wise leadership of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Muslim world will witness the eradication of Israel as a "cancerous tumor," alongside increased resistance from Hezbollah and other movements.
