SAEDNEWS: Iran’s Judiciary Chief Gholamhossein Mohseni-Ejei hailed the country’s unprecedented national unity during the recent war with Israel and the U.S., emphasized the legitimacy of anti-espionage demands, and called for decentralized, locally tailored judicial policies.
According to the political desk of Saed News, quoting Asr-e Iran, Hojjatoleslam Gholamhossein Mohseni-Ejei, speaking on Tuesday at the Administrative Council of North Khorasan, referred to the unprecedented unity of the Iranian nation during the recent imposed war and stated:
"During the people’s defense against the aggression of the Zionist regime and the United States, even critics stood by the system. This social cohesion neutralized many of the enemy’s plots."
Emphasizing the intelligence agencies' awareness of infiltration threats, he added:
"The demand to deal with spies is entirely legitimate, and the Judiciary, in cooperation with intelligence bodies, will act within the framework of the law."
Ojei also described the use of public capacities as a definitive strategy of the Judiciary and stated:
"One cannot prescribe a single solution for all provinces; if local officials reach a consensus on a solution, we will support it."
He concluded by highlighting positive inter-branch cooperation in resolving public issues and spoke of constructive relations between the Judiciary, the Government, and the Parliament.
