Bugatti Residences: A Billionaires’ Skyscraper in the Heart of Dubai

According to Saednews, A striking new skyscraper designed for the world’s wealthiest residents is coming to Dubai. Bugatti Residences is a luxury residential project developed through a collaboration between Bugatti, one of the world’s most prestigious luxury automotive brands, and Binghatti, a leading Dubai-based real estate developer.

Located in Business Bay, Bugatti Residences will rise 46 floors and feature distinctive interiors and layouts designed for ultra-high-net-worth individuals from around the world. The tower will offer an impressive range of amenities, including a Riviera-inspired beach, private swimming pools, spa jacuzzis, a fitness center, chef’s tables, private butler services, and an exclusive members-only club.

The building’s sleek, flowing curves are inspired by the aerodynamic forms and distinctive styling of Bugatti’s sports cars.

171 Residences and 11 Penthouses

Bugatti Residences is planned to include 171 residences and 11 penthouses, with construction expected to be completed within approximately three and a half years.

A Collaboration Between Bugatti and Binghatti

Mate Rimac, CEO of Bugatti, said the partnership between the two companies felt almost destined, noting that they share a vision for what a Bugatti-branded residence should represent. He also praised Muhammad Binghatti’s understanding of luxury automotive design and his ability to create iconic architecture.

According to Rimac, the project reflects Bugatti’s philosophy: “If it can be compared, it is no longer a Bugatti.”

Muhammad Binghatti, CEO of Binghatti, explained that sitting inside a Bugatti quickly reveals the extraordinary level of craftsmanship and exclusivity behind the brand. With Bugatti Residences, the company aims to translate that experience into an exceptionally private retreat in the center of Dubai.

Cars That Can Enter the Penthouse

One of the project’s most remarkable features is its two private car elevators, which connect the garage directly to the penthouses. Residents will be able to drive their vehicles into their penthouse and park them there.

However, this concept is not entirely new. Porsche introduced a similar feature in 2013 at Porsche Design Tower in Miami, allowing residents to take their cars directly to their private residences.

Inspired by the French Riviera

The tower’s distinctive appearance draws inspiration from the French Riviera, a famous Mediterranean destination known for its spectacular coastline and sophisticated luxury lifestyle.

The Riviera influence extends beyond the architecture. Bugatti has also drawn inspiration from ocean waves and the way sunlight reflects across the water when designing some of its high-performance vehicles.

Bugatti Residences Is Not Binghatti’s Only Landmark Project

This is not Binghatti’s first ambitious development in Business Bay. The company is also developing another major residential skyscraper in the area, known as Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, which is planned to feature a diamond-inspired crown and is positioned as another landmark addition to Dubai’s luxury skyline.

With its automotive-inspired architecture, private car elevators, exclusive amenities and Riviera-inspired design, Bugatti Residences is set to become one of Dubai’s most distinctive addresses for ultra-luxury living.
