According to local stories, after completing the bridge, Appuhami returned to his village with four carts filled with silver coins. He provided food for his own village and a neighboring village for two days and nights. His generosity continued as he gifted every villager a silver coin as a symbol of appreciation.
The Nine Arch Bridge stands approximately 30 meters above the ground and is sometimes called the “Bridge in the Sky” by locals. Standing beneath the bridge and looking upward, visitors can admire the nine beautiful arches forming a stunning view that remains unforgettable.
