According to Saednews, One of the simplest and most budget-friendly finger foods you can make is this delicious appetizer made with ready-made phyllo pastry. It is quick, easy, and requires only a few ingredients.
100 g Brie cheese
3 tablespoons fig jam
2 tablespoons walnuts
2 tablespoons pesto sauce
A few small colorful tomatoes
1 package ready-made phyllo pastry

First, cut the Brie cheese into small pieces and halve the tomatoes.
Grease a baking tray and arrange the phyllo pastry pieces on it, leaving some space between them.
For half of the phyllo pieces, spread a little pesto sauce in the center. Place a piece of Brie on top, followed by half of a small tomato.
For the remaining phyllo pieces, place a piece of Brie in the center, add some fig jam, and finish with a few pieces of walnut.
Transfer the tray to a preheated oven and bake the finger foods at 150°C (300°F) for about 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
