1 whole chicken breast
2 large potatoes
1 large carrot
300 g mushrooms
3 onions
1 bell pepper
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Start by peeling the onions and finely chopping them. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over low heat, then fry the onions until they turn golden and crispy. Remove them from the oil and place them on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil. Peel one onion (separate from the ingredients list), cut it into quarters, and add it to the boiling water along with the chicken breast. Season with saffron, turmeric, and salt. Cover and let it cook until the chicken is fully done.
Peel and dice the potatoes, then fry them in oil until golden. Drain excess oil using a strainer.
Slice the carrot in half and boil it until soft, then chop it into small cubes. Chop the bell pepper into small pieces.
