SAEDNEWS: Hamburgers are one of those foods that you can even prepare for a party! One of the advantages of homemade hamburgers is that they are completely healthy, and you can also be a bit creative in choosing their toppings and sides.
According to SaedNews Cooking Service, hamburger meat is usually made from beef and can be prepared either grilled or fried. Common toppings placed between the meat and bun include lettuce, ketchup or mayonnaise, mustard, onions, and other garnishes. Hamburgers are typically served on a plate alongside French fries or chips.
The hamburger is known by the same name in most countries, except in the United Kingdom, where it is often called a beef burger or simply a burger.
If a slice of processed cheese is placed on top of the hamburger patty, it is called a cheeseburger.

Ground beef with fat: 500 g
Smoked hot red pepper: a pinch
Grated cheddar cheese: 50 g
Parmesan cheese: 2 tablespoons
Garlic powder: a slightly heaped 1 teaspoon
White pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Breadcrumbs: 1.5 tablespoons
Onion: 4 small onions (about 30 g each)
Salt and black pepper: 1 teaspoon each
Chopped dried rosemary: a small amount
Lettuce: for serving
Tomato: for serving
Burger buns: as needed
Peel the onions and blend them until finely chopped and slightly foamy.
Cut the beef into pieces and add it to the blender along with the onions. Blend until fully minced.
Transfer the meat mixture into a bowl and add all the spices.
Add grated cheddar and parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly by hand until evenly combined. Take portions about the size of an orange, shape them into balls, and press them into patties using a burger press or by hand.
Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil. Cook the patties until they change color, then flip them and cook the other side until fully done. Serve with lettuce, tomato, and your preferred sauce.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the patties inside and bake for 15–30 minutes, turning them occasionally to ensure even cooking and prevent burning.
Preheat the grill to medium heat. You may line the surface with foil for easier cleaning. Grill each side of the patties for 6–7 minutes until fully cooked.
Breadcrumbs help prevent the meat from becoming too dense and improve texture, but do not overuse them.
Use quality beef with around 20% fat for best flavor and juiciness.
Resting the meat in the refrigerator for one day improves flavor.
A mix of beef and lamb can be used for a richer taste.
Restaurant-style burgers typically do not use flour or eggs; adding them turns it into a pan kebab-style dish.
Always use fresh meat.
Sauce choice depends on personal preference; tomato purée can also be used as a simple sauce.
