Schumer also questioned the president’s strategy and negotiating approach, saying that what he called a lack of discipline and effective leadership was putting American troops at risk and contributing to higher prices for ordinary Americans.
He further described Trump’s leadership as a serious failure and called for an end to the conflict, along with efforts to address what he said was the damage caused by the administration’s actions.
